ignore 'taintness' of 'send' input data due to non-ascii characters in buttons' values

lars 9d0e8730e0 QMAIL_BASE now defaults to /var/qmail/control (before: it was mandatory) 
replaced DEFAULT_HOST by MAIL_DOMAIN
